1. Booking & Payment

For Booking, payment is made in full.

Once payment is received, an email confirmation is sent detailing the invoice and booking.

2. Sessions & Courses

Sessions are arranged after confirmation is received, following a mutually agreeable schedule.

Sessions are typically held regularly on the same day and time each week. This creates structure and ensures reliability and ease of remembering.

Given international time-zones of clients, certain windows are optimised. Every effort is made to ascertain what is convenient.

American clients will find UK time 3pm-8pm allows:

  • California Pacific Time (-8 = 7am-12noon)
  • New York / Michigan Eastern Time (-5 = 10am-3pm)

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations should be outside of 72 hours and an alternate date or time can be rescheduled. This is not always possible but negotiable.

In the case of no-shows, that session or session hour is deemed spent, though waivable at discretion.

Adjustments can be made in scheduling provided there are realistic timescales for rescheduling. If a session is rescheduled, TantraTech Support will be in contact ASAP and an alternate schedule arranged. This allows flexibility and ease of changing a booking’s date and time if unsuitable.

10-week courses booked ensure 10 session hours, typically spaced at a regular time and day each week. Clearly this is not always possible, so Support will be in contact, or the client can notify Support. Support here is TantraTech Support.

4. Refund

Students may request a refund.

Refunds are 70% of the remaining unused course fee, with 30% retained for compensation in terms of work preparation and administration, which ensures commitment and a good fit.
